Visualization

Once your assessment is complete, Darwin provides three views to explore your biodiversity footprint.

Analyse

The Analyse view shows relationships between entities and their biodiversity impacts.

Navigation

• Drag nodes to reposition
• Zoom with mouse wheel or mini-map
• Double-click any entity to view its biodiversity footprint

Entity Footprint Tabs

For each entity, you can access 4 tabs:

Compare

The Compare view provides aggregated dashboards across your organization.

Data Quality Score

View your input data mix by quality category:

• A: Pressures data (highest quality)
• B: Commodity/Product data
• C: Mixed data
• D: Financial data

The project average quality score indicates overall assessment confidence.

Impacts Dashboard

Explore impacts aggregated by:

• Top pressures: Which environmental factors drive your footprint
• Top organization nodes: Which business units have highest impact
• Top suppliers: Supply chain hotspots
• Top products: Product-level contributions
• Top sites: Geographic impact distribution

Locate

The Locate module visualizes entity locations and overlays environmental data layers.

Map Features

• Entity markers: Sites, suppliers displayed on map
• Legend: Access at bottom-left (shows site types, etc.)
• Data layers: Toggle at top-right

Available Map Layers

Darwin includes multiple environmental data layers:

• Protected areas
• Key Biodiversity Areas (KBAs)
• Deforestation risk
• Water stress
• And more...

Exporting Results

From any view, you can export your results:

• PDF reports: Executive summaries
• Excel exports: Detailed data for further analysis
• API access: Coming soon
