Authentication

Darwin uses Zitadel as its authentication provider, ensuring secure access to your company environment.

First Login

1. You will receive an email from Zitadel to set up your account
2. Create a password following the security requirements
3. Navigate to app.darwindata.ai
4. Log in with your Zitadel credentials

Login Options

Zitadel offers two authentication methods:

Passwordless Login (Recommended)

Use your device's built-in authentication:

• FaceID (macOS, iOS)
• Windows Hello (Windows)
• Fingerprint (various devices)

Password Login

Enter your email and password credentials.

Troubleshooting

I didn't receive the invitation email

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Contact your organization administrator
• Reach out to Darwin support

I forgot my password

1. Click "Forgot password" on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Follow the reset link sent to your inbox

My account is locked

After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes or contact support.
