Data Not Appearing
If your dashboard or results are empty, follow these troubleshooting steps.
Symptoms
- Empty visualization panels
- "No data available" message
- Assessment results not showing
- Entities missing from Galaxy view
Common Causes & Solutions
1. Assessment Not Run
Symptom: You've added data but see no results.
Solution:
- Go to the Data Points section
- Click "Launch Assessment"
- Wait for computation to complete
Data points must be saved AND the assessment must be run before results appear.
2. Data Points Not Saved
Symptom: You entered data but it disappeared.
Solution:
- Re-enter your data points
- Click "Save" before navigating away
- Ensure all required fields are filled (incomplete rows won't save)
3. Entity Not Linked
Symptom: Data exists but doesn't appear on expected entity.
Solution:
- Check the "Related Entity" field on your data points
- Ensure the entity is correctly linked
- Verify parent-child relationships in Galaxy view
4. Filter Applied
Symptom: Some data is visible, some is not.
Solution:
- Check if filters are active in your current view
- Clear filters using the reset button
- Adjust date ranges if applicable
5. Browser Cache Issue
Symptom: Old data showing or changes not reflecting.
Solution:
- Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R)
- Clear browser cache
- Try a different browser
